Lee'nin oyunculuk becerilerini sergilediği filmde oyuncu gay bir soytarıyı canlandırıyordu , bu filmle birlikte popülaritesi arttı ve bir çok ödüle layık görüldü . Kore'nin popüler dizisi My Gırl'de Seo Jeong Woo karakteriyle bir playboy'u canlandırdı ve büyük ilgi gördü . Lee Jun Ki Kore'nin aranılan oyuncusu haline geldi ,daha sonra bir biri ardına birçok dizi ve filmde rol aldı. Lee müzik dünyasına da bir geçiş yaptı ve başarısını müzik piyasasında da gösterdi dünyanın bir çok yerinden hayran kitlesi kazandı.:d Lee Jun Ki vatani görevini yerine getirmek için 4 Mayıs 2010 'da birliğine teslim oldu ve etkinliklerine askerde de devam ediyor ve halen popülerliğini koruyor . 16 Şubat 2012 'de vatani görevi sona erecek .
